- CDA designed the space as smaller multi-purpose facility 10 years prior then transformed it into a studio with architectural renovations
- Used for production, distance learning, and faculty presentation creation, webinars, student production
- Multi-functional teaching space created on extremely tight budget, under $200K for all features
