Cynthia is an AV industry veteran who has spent 20 years helping technology companies and professional service providers enhance their operational performance, client support, and service portfolios. She’s developed industry standards for technical communications and served as an advisor to several organizations including IMCCA and InfoComm. Cynthia runs all business operations, oversees marketing, and guides the creation of new products and services for the AEC community and CDA clients. She sets standards of practice that optimize productivity and success in all that CDA delivers.
Q: What’s something you enjoy outside of work?
A: I enjoy the whirlwind of my farm with horses, chickens, dogs, my four adult kids; having a cup of Sencha green tea in the afternoon; and singing the blues in the evening.
