Scope of work: Working closely with Bergmeyer Associates, CDA designed a background music system for the store and a small performance system for “coffeehouse” style events in the bookstore/café area on the ground floor. The second floor was designed as a multipurpose space, open to the community to accommodate personal appearances, book readings, video presentations, and other live performances. CDA designed a portable stage, movable lighting and an audio system for the space.
